Our league is associated with the organizations of Babe Ruth and Cal Ripken. We are in District 16 of the Florida Chapter. Our boundaries are under the guidance of their direction, which is governed by our District Commissioner Mike Moore and State Commissioner John Lucas.

2016 CAL RIPKEN/BABE RUTH BASEBALL
DISTRICT 16 BOUNDARY AGREEMENT
This Cal Ripken/Babe Ruth Baseball District 16 Boundary Agreement is entered into this 7th day of December, 2015, by and between Jupiter Tequesta Athletic Association, Inc., a Florida not for profit corporation (“JTAA”), PBGYAA, Inc., a Florida not for profit corporation (“Palm Beach Gardens”), Okeeheelee Baseball Association, Inc. , a Florida not for profit corporation (“Okeeheelee”), and Phipps Park Baseball, Inc. , a Florida not for profit corporation (“Phipps Park”) and shall be effective for the period January, 2016 through and including the 2017 baseball season. After the 2017 baseball season we discuss on if you want to stay with open boundary or go back to boundaries.
JTAA, Palm Beach Gardens, Okeeheelee and Phipps Park hereby agree as follows:
Once a player makes a decision to play at a certain park and league, that player can change to a different park the following calendar year.
A player can play and is eligible to participate and play in only one league per calendar year. If any player registers and plays in more than one league, that player is ineligible for all stars at any park and/or league. Once a player is selected on a team in a particular league after trying out, the player cannot elect to change leagues.
The following boundaries will be strictly enforced:
No player can live west of the boundaries of the Village of Wellington, including, but not limited to, westerly along State Road 80 and Colossal along Bee Line Highway
No player can live and/or reside south of Boynton Beach Blvd. to south without written authorization and approval from Mike Moore and/or John Lucas. Such permission and waiver request will strictly be handled and reviewed on a case by case basis. The denial of any request is sole discretion of Mike Moore and John Lucas and such denial cannot be appealed once a decision has been made.
No player can reside in Martin County without written approval from Mike Moore and/or John Lucas. Such permission and waiver request will strictly be handled and reviewed on a case by case basis.
